To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatapps to 016-9341752. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the packaging should be in original condition as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. E Saver Plus will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Return/Refunds can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. The delivered product is in damaged or defected condition; or
b. The product is expired; or
c. The delivered product is different from the order
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will require up to 3 working days to process your return item once we have received them. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement or to be credited to your account depending on your payment method.
